Spermatorrhea:

Causes: Slight sexual excitement in the beginning, straining in the latrine, long journey.

Symptoms: Involuntary discharge of semen for above reasons, reluctance to work, brain fag, loss of strength, patience, and intellect; loss of appetite; indigestion ; flatulence, acidity, headache, restlessness, fickleness; nocturnal incontinence; wish for solitude and undisturbed mind; irritability, rapid heart beat and spasm; over-alertness as to sounds outside, discharge of semen when penis is not erect.

Treatment: Sukra Sanjiban and Brihat Purnachandra Ras. Where there is nocturnal emission, give Sapnabilas with ground cubeb and honey at bed-time. Where there is indigestion and loss of appetite, give Bhaskar Lavan and Mahasankha Bati after each meal. If there is burning sensation in urethra, give Chandanasab.  Sukra Sanjiban is to be continued for some days after arrestation of disease.
