Sun Headache:

This headache follows the sun, begins with its rise, is worst at the sun’s zenith, and vanishes at sunset. The pain affects the eyes and brows, and shifts from place to place. Other headache symptoms are seen also.

Treatment: Maha Lakshmibilas and Krisna Chaturmukh. Sirasulantak is an all-pain cure. Sadhana Balm is also useful.

Hemicrania:

Pain lodges in half the head.

Treatment: Maha Lakshmibilas with ginger juice and honey, and Jogendra Ras with juice of the old leaves of the jackfruit tree and honey. If it is due to eye troubles, these should be treated first. Sirasulantak is a medicine for all headaches.
